Terms of Service

Effective August 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Growpost (the “Service”), operated by Growpost (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Growpost.

1. What Growpost Does

Growpost helps you plan a posting schedule, write content once, and generate variants adapted for different platforms. You review the generated variants and publish them yourself wherever you choose. Growpost does not connect to, authenticate with, or post to any social media platform on your behalf, and we make no guarantee about how any third party platform will treat content you post there.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Growpost.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you write, upload, or generate through Growpost (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it, including to our content generation provider, solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We don't claim ownership of Your Content and won't use it to train third-party models.

You're responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the rights to use, adapt, and publish it, and that it complies with applicable law and the terms of any platform you post it to.

4. Generated Output

Growpost uses automated language models to generate drafts and platform variants. Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You're responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before you publish or rely on it anywhere.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Growpost to:

  • Generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content
  • Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service beyond what these Terms permit
  • Use the Service to build a competing product

6. Google Account Connections

If you sign in with Google or connect Google Drive, you authorize Growpost to access only the specific, limited data described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings; doing so may limit the features available to you.

7. Early Access & Availability

Growpost is offered as an early access product and is provided “as is.” Features and availability may change as the product evolves. A free plan remains available; see Section 8 for what paid plans add and how billing works.

8. Billing & Subscriptions

Growpost offers a free plan and paid plans (currently “Creator,” billed monthly, and “Pro,” arranged directly with us). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period.

You can cancel a self-serve subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your account reverts to the free plan and its limits. We don't provide prorated or partial period refunds for cancellations, except where required by law.

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of generation credits that resets at the start of each calendar month and doesn't roll over. We may adjust plan pricing, credit allotments, or features going forward; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a change that reduces the value of their current plan takes effect.

9. Termination

You may stop using Growpost and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growpost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the product before they take effect. Continued use of Growpost after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
